| 中文摘要 | 本文乃在探討方波(square wave)對於鋁材的陽極氧化(anodicoxidation》與 電解著色(electrolyticcoloring)之影。由實驗得知,陽極氧化膜厚度隨陽極化的時間 而增加,但生長速率隨時間而漸趨平緩,而氧化膜的硬度,起初隨著陽極化時間 而增加,於達到一個極大值之後,又隨著陽極化時間的增加而呈現遞減現象,此 外氧化膜之硬度與氧化膜之間並無直接而明顯的依存性。方波電解所得之陽極氧 化膜,經電解著色後,可得到色澤較鮮明、多變化之色彩;相形之下,傳統所採 用直流電解所得之陽極氧化膜,經電解著色所得之灰、褐色澤顯得略遜一籌。 |
| 英文摘要 | The effect of square wave current on both anodic oxidation andelectrolytic coloring of aluminum has been studied. It is verified thatthe thickness of the anodic films on aluminum increases withincreasing- time, while the growth rate of the films decreases with time.The microhardness of the anodic films increases at first and then startsto decrease with anodizing time. It implies that the microhardness ofthe films during growth tends to reach a maximum value at specifictime and that the microhardness is not necessarily dependent on thethickness. The films anodized by square wave current can be coloredwith rich and lustrous colors due to opticalinterference. In comparisonwith the colored films with mainly gray or brown colors by the processof the conventional direct currentanodizing, the colored films by theprocess of square wave anodizing is superior. |
