中文摘要 | 半共振轉換器成建近年來在轉提式電源共應器設計上發展的新趨勢,利用狀態平面分析法可以使我們更了解半共振式轉換器在各種狀況下之物理特性。本文中以?ZCS-Buck式及ZVS-Boost式為分析之對象,首先探討其動作原理,再根據其狀態方程式繪出其狀態平面軌跡圖,作為分析比較之依據;其直流轉換比亦一併探討。文中並以一個共振頻率為50KHz之實際電話,分別驗證ZCX-ZUCK、ZVS-Boost式之全波式與半波式的狀態軌跡圖與波形圖,做為理論分析之證明。本文論證之結果可做為在高頻化製作時,設計之參考依據及理論基礎。 |
英文摘要 | In recent years, the quasi-resonant converter has been become a newly developed power supply converter for high switching frequency. We propose state-plane analysis method to synthesis various physical characteristics under different conditions for Zero-Current-Switching Buck Converter (ZCS-Buck) and the Zero-Voltage-Switching Boost Converter (ZVS-Boost). They are served as standard model for analysis due to its complementary characteristic in topology. At first, the preliminary results of action theory and state equations are discussed for the basis of state-plane analysis to get plane trajectories and to get the relation of DC-to-DC conversion ratio. Then, we use a real 50KHz electronic circuit for quasi-resonant ZCS-Buck and ZVS-Boost converters in the way of full-wave and half wave modes to verify the validness of sate trajectories and wave-form diagram. It has been proven very useful for analysis when to implement ZVS/ZCS theory into defacto commercial product. |
