英文摘要 | By utilizing the essential characteristics of a saturable core to construct a zero-voltage- switching pulse width modulation (ZVS PWM) topology is discussed in this paper. The magnetizing inductance of the saturable core changes steeply at zero and Lmax level when the magnetizing current is at a critical point. The saturable core performs not only in reducing the high frequency switching loss, the spike, acoustic noise and stress across the components but also in dealing with the problem of a rectifier circuit suffered by the high circulating energy. Based on such a concept, the lower cost, the longer component life cycle and the better high frequency switching quality are ensured. The self-excited ZVS PWM DC/DC resonant regulator with a control loop is adopted in this paper for analyzing and verifying the concept of the saturable material mentioned above. Furthermore, a ZVS PWM DC/DC resonant regulator with a control loop was implemented for verifying the theretical derivation. |
