中文摘要 | 在一水平軸上裝置連枷型切刀,於迴轉同時發生衝擊剪斷細碎並予以投 擲的機構,再配以補助風扇的青割機,對低莖草長達1公尺之匍匐性蔓生而覆蓋 全面之盤固草收穫,其有將之提起抬高再施以切割之作用,是較合理的選擇。 經機械物性之調查測定分析與草料在投擲管內拋送的風洞試驗後,試造一試驗機 並做田間作業功能試驗,得到如下結果: 1.適割期盤固草含水率在66.3~75.6間,平均草莖長度48.66~78.52公分,並與生育 密度之比容積有91.99之負相關,故迴轉刀刃圓軌跡周長應在785m以上。 2.依靜摩擦試驗所得的草莖與刃質間最大靜止角為28.28度,合理的割刃作用角度 應略小於最大靜止角。 3.田間作業功能試驗,本機刀刃軸於1492rpm與風扇軸於1710rpm時有較佳的配合 模式及最少的田間殘留量,作業負載刀刃軸之打滑率為3.71。 |
英文摘要 | It is a reasonable choice that for the harvest of creeping widespread lowstalk pangola with one meter tall and having the function of lifting and cutting,a forage harvester for green feeding is equipped with an auxiliary fan and flailtype knives on horizontal axis and its mechanism has the function of impacting,chooping and throwing while roating. After investigation, measurements and analysis of forage properties, a testmachine has been manufactured to do the farm operating performance test andobtians the following results: 1. The Pangola moisture for harvest is between 66.3 and 75.6 The average length of low-stalk forage is in the range of 48.66~78.52 cm and has the91.99 negative correlation with specific volume of growth density. Therefore,the circle trace length of roating knives should be greater than 785 mm. 2. The reasonable knife acting angle should be lower than the repose angle (28.82) between low-stalk forage and knife obtained by the static frictiontest. 3. According to the farm operating performance test, this machine hasbetter match model and has less residue in farm when the knife shaft speed is1492 rpm and the fan shaft speed is 1710 rpm. When operation under load,the slip of knife shaft is 3.71. |
