中文摘要 | 本研究之目的,在於計算前擠製成形所需的擠製負荷,據以選擇加工機械及模具設計。理論方面,係採用上界限元素法來分析,並配合最佳化的理論,發展出一套電腦模擬程式,求得最小功率的動可容速度場,進而計算各元素的內部變形、勢力、摩擦等所需的功率,由此功率來求出所需之擠製負荷。由於本文之三角形環形元素,在考慮其體積應變率為零,且滿足元素幾何形狀,與邊界速度之條件下,推衍得到之速度場假定式,較能符合實際擠製成形之速度場,因此能夠獲得較佳之數值解。實驗方面,則設計一組模真,選用工業用純鉛進行擠製實驗,並將實驗結果與理論分析兩者加以比較,以證明理論之正確性與電腦程式之實用性。 |
英文摘要 | This study analyzes the load on a punch head during axisymmetric forward extrusion to provide data in helping the selection of oil hydraulic machine and die design. Using upper bound elemental technique and optimization theory, the authers developed a computer simulation code to calculate the minimum admissible velocity field, and the energies for internal deformation, shear, and friction. The punch load was then calculated based on these energies. The assumed velocity field equation of the triangular element model can be more consistent with the actual forward extrusion process, hence, better results were obtained in the numerical simulation program. Meanwhile, the computer simulation was verified by actual punch experiment. From the comparison of the numerical load and the experimental load, the validity of this study was demonstrated. |
