中文摘要 | On studying the structural-acoustic interactions of an operating vacuum pump, it is necessary to check the acoustic modal characteristics of its cavity. A 2-D axi-symmetric acoustic finite element, which can take three types of boundary conditions, namely, the impedance boundary condition, the essential boundary condition and the motion related boundary condition, was formulated for studying the 3-D acoustic phenomena in the axi-symmetric cavities. A finite element code was developed to perform the analysis to investigate the acoustic modal characteristics and forced response of the circular cylindrical enclosure. Both symmetrical and asymmetrical mode shapes were generated for physical insight into the acoustic behavior in the cavity. The acoustic natural frequencies obtained by the finite element analysis are in very good agreement with the analytical results in lower frequency modes. Frequency response of the enclosure was studied using the modal expansion method. Uniform acceleration excitation was applied to the boundary of the enclosure as a forcing function for understanding the forced responses in the cavity. The forced responses of the enclosure under this motion related boundary condition are as expected. The formulation of the 2-D acoustic element is verified adequate through this study. |
英文摘要 | 為研究作動中之真空泵的結構-聲學交互作用,有必要先瞭解空腔之聲場模態特 性。一種可以接受阻抗型、及與運動有關的邊界條件的二維軸對稱型聲學有限元素被發展 出來,以研究軸對稱空腔三維聲學現象。經由有限元素程式運算,計算出圓柱型圍場之聲 學模態特性與強迫響應,與解析法得到的結果相當一致。均均速度被加於空腔邊界,以研 究圍場在此淚振函數下的強迫響應,其結果恰如期,本研究顯示此種二維聲學元素之正確 合用。 |
