中文摘要 | 本文研究的主旨,是利用平頂沖頭,對圓柱形胚料實施三次元反向冷擠成正多邊形內孔的管狀製品,發展並提供一種分析估算穩定成形過程中所需擠製荷負及壓力之簡易方法,採用沖頭頂面下方具有死金屬區之管流模式,導出動可容速度場,進而導出上界限解的公式,並引入最佳化理論中之黃金尋求法,將擠製所需之總功率最小化而求出擠製負荷及壓力之理論值,將理論值與擠製純鋁之實驗值作一比較,結果相當吻合。 |
英文摘要 | An analytical method is proposed for estimating the steady-state extrusion load and pressure for three-dimensional backward cold extru-sion of regular polygonal internally shaped tubes from round billets. A kinematically admissible velocity field is derived to formulate an upper-bound solution using tubular flow model with a dead metal zone at the flat headed punch tip. The theoretical predictions for extrusion load and pressure are obtained by minimizing the extrusion power utilizing the golden search method of optimization theory, and carrying out an experiment with commerically pure aluminum billets. The results show that the theoretical predictions for extrusion load and pressure are in good agreement with the experimental values. |
