| 中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討飼糧中添加不同鈣、銅含量對來航蛋雞產蛋性能及 對鈣、銅利用之影響,試驗以同週齡的來航蛋雞72隻,逢機分為六處理(OppnI銅 1.4鈣,250ppm銅1.4鈣,Oppm銅3.4鈣,250ppm銅3.4鈣Oppm銅5.4鈣及250ppm銅5.4 鈣),每處理2重覆,共12個試驗區集,每區集6隻,於27.31,35週齡時進行實驗。 試驗結果顯示:產蛋雞飼糧中添加鈣和銅的交感作用,除在排泄物銅含量及蛋殼 含鈣量方面外,其餘皆不顯著(P>0.05)。添加250ppm銅日糧,並不能提高採食量、 蛋重、產蛋率及鈣代謝率;但顯著地(P<0.05)提高血漿游離銅含量、血漿中之鈣含 量、排泄物中銅含量及改進蛋殼厚度。合1.4鈣之飼糧,會導致採食量、蛋重、 產蛋率、蛋殼強度、蛋殼厚度、蛋殼重、蛋殼占蛋重百分比、鈣滯留量及血漿 中合鈣量之顯著地降低(P<0.05);但明顯(P<0.05)提高鈣代謝率。含3.4鈣之飼糧組 之採食量,產蛋率為最高;3.4鈣之飼糧比1.4鈣之飼糧顯著地(P<0.05)提高採食量、 採蛋率、蛋殼強度、蛋殼厚度、蛋殼重及蛋殼占蛋重百分比。飼糧鈣添加至5.4 時,隨著鈣之增加,而代謝率呈下降之趨勢,但鈣滯留量、血漿中含鈣量、血 漿游離銅含量和排泄物之合銅量則隨鈣之增加而增加。 |
| 英文摘要 | Experiments were conducted to ivestigate the effects of interaction of cal cium and copper on the laying performance of leghorn hens. Seventy-two henswere randomly divied into six treatments (Oppm Cu, 1.4 Ca; 250 ppm Cu, 1.4 Ca; Oppm Cu, 3.4 Ca; 250ppm Cu, 3.4 Ca; Oppm Cu, 5.4 Ca and250ppm Cu, 5.4 Ca). Each treatment had 2 replications, each replication had6 hens. Experiments were conducted at the age of 27, 31 and 35 weeks eachtime. The results showed that the interaction of dietary Ca and Cu was notsignificant, except Cu contents of excreta and Ca contents of eggshell. Supplemental 250ppm Cu could not improved feed intake 、 egg weight 、 egg production and calcium metabolizability, but the plasma free copper and calcium levels 、 excreta copper content and eggshell thickness had significantly increased(P< 0.05). The feed intake 、 egg weight 、 egg production 、 eggshell strength 、eggshell thickness 、 eggshell weight 、 percentage of shell 、 calcium retainedand plasma free calcium in the 1.4 calcium treatment were significantly decreased (P<0.05) ;.but the calcium metabolizability are. increased (P<0.05). Thefeed intake and egg production in the 3.4 calcium treatment were higherthan other treatment, and there had significantly difference (P<0.05) betweenthe two treatments (3.4 v.s 1.4 Ca) in the feed intake 、 egg production 、eggshell strength 、 eggshell thickness 、 eggshell weight and the percentage ofshell. When the diet calcium level had been increased to 5.4, the calciummetabolizability decreased but the excreta copper content 、 calcium retained 、plasma free calcium and copper level were increased. |
