中文摘要 | 本試驗係自分析過二十一種本土化栽培介質中,選擇取得容易、價格 低廉之蛇木屑、保綠人造土及小石子三種介質,就分析所得之物理性、化學性, 以不同比例混合,配成六種栽培介質,並以大岩桐、四季秋海棠及台灣蝴蝶蘭做 盆栽試驗,每月定期分析介質之理化性質,並做生育調查,研究介質劣化現象及 植物生長情況。結果,初期各介質間植物生長相似,後期,以7份保綠人造土:1 份蛇木屑:1份小石子及6份保綠人造土:2份蛇木屑:5份小石子之介質植物生長較 差,其他四種栽培介質植物發育皆相若,生長良好。經四個月調查分析,發現介 質之理化性質並無顯著劣化發生,由本試驗初步結果得知,蛇木屑拌保綠人造土 和小石子以適當比例混合,是經濟可行之栽培介質。 |
英文摘要 | After the analysis of 21 native culture media were selected 3 media forthis experiment, tree-fern chips, Paoluch Magic Green and gravel which wereeasy to get and cheap. According to their Physical and chemical characters, wemade 6 treatments by different mixed proportion to do the culture test ofadaptability of Sinningia Speciosa, Begonia samperflorens. and Phalaenopsis amabillis Var. formosana. We analysed the culture media, investigated the growthand development of those plants, and researched in the phenomena of mediumdetcrioraton and the condition of plant growth. During 4-month test, we foundthat those plants grew well except the plants which were cultured in 7 PaoluchMagic Green: I tree-fern chips: I gravel and 6 Paoluch Magic Green: 2 treefern chips: 5 gravels, and the media had no obvious deterioration. Accordingly,the results of this experiment showed the mix of Paoluch Magic Green, treefern chips and gravel in terms of proper proportion had economical benefitsand couldbe put into work. |
