| 中文摘要 | 本研究承接“帶鋸機大剖製材作業研究”,進一步探討適於大剖製材作業標準化的方法,謀求對作業本身的評估興修正,以為企業邁向效率化、合理化經營之參考。綜合其結果如下:(1)依最適作業法則,區段要素作業,檢試出作業評估指標的區段式最適要素作業法。(2)探明要素作業群間的差異及其於作業過程中出現的頻度與順序。(3)等級評估法(熟練、努力、作業條件及一致性)可對要素作業執行準確的評估,並提出修正涵數(R= r1 + r2+ r3 + r4),指引要素作業改善之方向與措施。(4)利用要素作業標準時間及作業寬放率,可推廣出單位作業標準時間,使於管理者於工廠之現場評估。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study is based on the investigation of "VTR USE IN WORK STUDY OF REMOTE CONTROLLED BANDMILL IN HEAD SAWING" and further to rearch the standardization method for the operation of band mill in head sawing. This method can be used to rate and adjust the operation itself and to be a reference of efficient and reasonalize management in the business. The results are summarized as follow. (1) According to the suitable processing rules, secting element work test out the optimum section element work method. (2) Find out the differences within element works group and its frequency and sequency that appear in the operation processes. (3) The rating method (factor: skilled, effort, working condition and consistency) doing an exact assessing in element work, provide a revision function (R =r1 + r2 + r3 + r4) and direct element work a modifying and excuting way. (4) Consult the element work's standard time and the allowance rate, there for to predict the standard work's time per unit. It is convenient for manager to estimate in the factory spot. |
