| 中文摘要 | 本研究利用VTR作業研究方法,來分析製材廠中帶鋸機的大剖作業,以探究作業的特徵、要素作業時間及鋸斷時間與鋸材寬(鋸斷時,鋸片與被鋸材接觸的長度)之相關性;用以確立容易、合理的作業法,為企業管理者於計暈、評估、計劃上之參考,達到“低成本高效益”之經濟原則。結果如次:(1)歸納大剖作業成3種流程型態,其含有4種循環作業及10種要素作業。(2)作業的時間性流程可明確的表現於要素作業時間分析表中,其中文可發現要素作業群的存在。(3)經由大剖作業的取材圖,可以了解工廠的經營型態及其中的機械性能。(4)鋸材速度和鋸材幅之間,顯著的呈曲線相關。(5)利用本研究所得資料,可順利的推測出單位作業時間 |
| 英文摘要 | VTR work study of sawing operation can be beneficial for the estimating, designing, and using of work system to the production managers of sawmills. In this study, using the data obtained from (Video Tape Recorder; VTR) work study of remote controlled bandmill in head sawing, mainly the characteristic of work system , the element works, the group of element works and the relation between time each cutting element works and cutting length were clarified based on VTR work study, suitable steps. The results are summarized as follows: (1) The head sawing operation can be classified into 3 work system types and 4 circle work types. However, the work system was divided into 10 element works. (2) The element work time analysis tables could be established by replaying the operation recorders , that can appear the flow chart with time and can range the work groups. (3) The managements and the mechanical properties of these productions were determinded as illustrated on sawn figure. (4) The relations between time of each cutting element works and cutting length could be represented by the curbilinear regession equation. (5) The unit work time may be inferred by the principal data which acquired from this study. |
