中文摘要 | 本試驗將直接性免疫過氧化?染色法施用於冷凍切片染色,以檢測假性狂犬病毒 在感染豬體內之散布。試驗結果顯示感染豬大部份的淋巴組織皆呈陽性,而淋巴組織中尤其 以巨噬細胞及T細胞分佈區的陽性反應更為明顯。在腦部組織中除了在腦血管之圍管區的淋 巴細胞外,皆無可見之陽性反應此外肺臟內及皮膚病灶內亦可見有陽性反應。本試驗結果顯 示有些台灣株的假性狂犬病毒對淋巴系統有趨向性。而且由假性狂犬病毒所引起的腦炎不但 可因經由沿著神經的侵入感染所致,方可經由循環血液中感染有假性狂犬病毒的淋巴球及單 核球的散布所引起。 |
英文摘要 | A direct immunoperoxidase staining method applied to the cryostat sections was used to identify the pseudorabies virus (PRV) dissemination in the infected pigs. The results indicated that a high percentage of lymhoid tissues was shown to have positive reactions, especially in macrophages and lymphocytes in T cell-dependent areas. There was no positive reaction observed in the neuron or glial cell, but some circulating lymphoid cells in the perivascular areas of the cerebrum were shown to have positive reactions. The positive reactions were also noted in the lung and the lesions of the skin. The evidence shown in this study indicated that some strains of PRV in Taiwan were lymphotropic, and the encephalitis caused by PRV infection was not only via neural spread, but also possibly through the circulatory lymphocytes and monocytes. |
