中文摘要 | 金花石蒜鱗莖於民國78年4月下旬,在自然條件下栽植後,依不同時段掘出鱗莖,做 剖面花苞檢視結果顯示:少數鱗莖在栽植後第八週開始有花苞出現,十六週後,則百分之六 十以上鱗莖均有花苞出現。 於同年四月至九月間,在自然條件下,每月定期栽植之金花石蒜鱗莖,做不同裁植期開花習 性之變異調查結果顯示:四、五、六等三個月份栽植之鱗莖,除抽葉者未見開花外,其餘均 在同一期間開花。而七、八、九等三個月份栽植之鱗莖,則全部僅出現抽葉生長,未見開花。 說明金花石蒜在自然條件下之栽植期,不宜遲至七月份實施,否則會影響其抽苔開花率。 使用不同溫度與處理時間,對打破金花石蒜鱗莖休眠效果之試驗結果顯示:低溫(7 ℃及13℃) 對鱗莖內花芽分化及抽苔開花有抑制作用,但無延遲花期的影響,證明低溫對金花石蒜不僅 沒有打破鱗莖休眠之效果,同時也不宜應用於調節花期。在19 ℃接受12週處理後的金花石蒜 鱗莖,其花苞形成率高達80﹪以上,而平均處理效果亦以19℃處理12週之鱗莖,其花苞形成 率較室溫處理及處理15週者為高。顯示19℃的處理,最有利於打破鱗莖休眠及誘導花芽分化 的效果。 植物生長調節劑對金花石蒜鱗莖休眠期之打破,係受生長調節劑種類與使用濃度的不同,而 顯現不同的效果。本試驗結果顯示:GA及BA之濃度均以100ppm及250ppm對花苞形成有利, 而50ppm及500ppm則未顯處理效果。NNA溶液對花芽分化及抽苔開花均有抑制作用。 |
英文摘要 | Dormant bulbs of Lycoris aurea planted on late April, 1989 under natural climatic condition were periodically dug out for examination of flower bud formation. The results shown that flower buds have only found in a few bulbs at eight weeks and in above sixty percent bulbs at sixteen weeks after planting. Dormant bulbs planted monthly on dates from April to September, 1989 under natural climatic condition for survey of variation in flowering habits shown that bulbs which were planted in April, May and June have all bloomed at the same time except for bulbs which have only leaf growth. However, bulbs which were planted in July, August and September have found only leaf growth but no flower. This indicated that Lycoris aurea should not be planted later than July under natural climatic environment, otherwise the percentage of flower bud emergence will be affected. The results derived from experiment in temperature and its treating duration on dormancy broken of bulb shown that low temperature has no effect on regulation of flowering time and dormancy broken. In fact, flower bud formation and emergence were inhibited by low temperature of 7℃ and 13℃, however, low temperature has no effect on delaying of flower bloom. Dormant bulbs treated for twelve weeks under 19℃ has obtained the rate of flower bud formation above 80%. The average effect of temperature on rate of flower bud formation also shown that dormant bulbs treated for twelve weeks under 19℃ was higher than those of room temperature treatment or treating for fifteen weeks. This indicated that 19℃ was most effective in broken of bulb dormancy and inducing of flower bud formation. The effect of plant regulator on broken of bulbs dormancy in Lycoris aurea was mainly depended on sort of regulator and its concentration. The resu11s derived from tis experiment shown that GA and BA were all benefited flower bud formation under 100 and 250 ppm concentrations, however, 50 and 500 ppm did not show any treating effect. NAA has inhibiting effect on flower bud formation, emergency and bloom. |
