| 中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討台灣獼猴(Macaca cyclopis)糞孕酮濃度的變化,以瞭解其生 殖狀態之可行性。選用 5 頭台灣獼猴作為試驗動物,年齡在 6-10 歲,每週採糞樣 3 次, 糞樣保存於 -20 ℃中。 分析孕酮時, 經由甲醇、 石油醚萃取後, 採用酵素免疫分析法 (EIA) 分析 o 試驗結果顯示,台灣獼猴月經周期為 27.8 ± 2.9 天 (n=8), 周期第 0 天 ,糞孕酮濃度最低,約 100 ∼ 200ng/g Feces: 排卵後,孕酮濃度開始急速上升; 黃體期 中糞孕酮濃度可高達 500 ∼ 600ng/g Feces: 懷孕後期則維持在 700 ∼ 1300ng/g Feces ;直至分娩完成,糞孕酮濃度急速下降至 300ng/g Feces。而授乳期間,卵巢不活化及季節 性乏情,使得糞孕酮濃度維持在 100 ∼ 300ng/g Feces 之間,而在停止授乳後,糞孕酮濃 度開始又有了週期性變化。從以上結果顯示,經由糞孕酮濃度的追,可以明白獲知母猴之生 殖狀態。 |
| 英文摘要 | Studies were conducted to examine the reproductive status of Ta- iwan monkey (Macaca Cyolopis) by changes of progesterone(P4) concentra- tions in feces. Five normal adult female monkeys housed individually were used in this research. Their fecal samples were collected 3 times a week throughout the experimental period. and stored at-20℃ immediately upon collection. Approximately 0.5%g of samples were used in the extraction procedure and the P4 in methanol portion was measured by enzyme immunoassay. The results show that the mean Menstrual cycle of Macaca cyclopis is 27.8± 2.9 days from 8 cycles determined with the P4 levels in feces(100-200ng/g at fol- licular stage and 500-600ng/g at mid-luteal stage);during pregnancy, the P4 levels mintain between 700-1300ng/g, and after parturition the values decrease sharply to 100-300ng/g unitl the next cycle comes. Present evidences suggest that the fecal P4 can be use to monitor the reproductive status of Macaca cyclopis. |
