中文摘要 | 將1,2,4,5-苯四氯乙醯(BTAC)溶在正己烷與對稱二苯替甲胺(MDA)或與乙二胺(EDA)溶在水中,在多孔性聚基材表面,利用界面聚合方式製備複合膜,由界面反應形成阻隔層,經熱處理後,形成聚醯亞胺,而複合膜的機械強度主要靠聚來提供,它的E'約179MPa。我們提出一個簡單製備複合膜的方法,可以克服由界面聚合製備複合膜時,支膜發生捲曲所造成困難,從此界面聚合所得阻隔層厚度低於 1.mu.m,在一萬倍的放大倍率下,複合膜的膚層是無孔膜。這複合膜在氣體分離的應用得到好結果,例如二氧化碳與甲烷的分離。 |
英文摘要 | Composite membranes were prepared by the interfacial polycondensation of a water-soluble diamine (4,4'-methylene dianiline (MDA) or ethylene diamine (EDA)) with an organic solvent (hexane)-soluble 1,2 ,4,5-benzenetetraacyl chloride(BTAC) on top of a porous polysulfone support. The barrier layer is formed by an interfacial polycondensation reaction and the polyimide can be formed through a thermal treatment. Polysulfone offers the mechanical strength of composite membranes. The E' value of the composite film is about 179 MPa. We offered a simple method for preparing composite film that can eliminate the difficulty in the preparation of the composite film by interfacial condensation caused by the warping of the support film. The thickness of the barrier layer acquired by interfacial polycondensation is less than 1.mu.m, and the skin of the composite films show no holes under 10,000x magnification. The composite membranes performed give good for gas separation applications, e.g., CO₂ and CH₄ gas mixtures. |
