中文摘要 | 本研究係針對6061鋁合金選取試樣實施530°C洋火後176°C-186。c、 196°C及206°c四種不同溫度人工時效(回火)的熱處理。其選取拉力用試桿432 支;衝擊用試桿432支;硬度用試片288塊。分別實施前述四類共144種不同條件 的熱處理。經熱處理後的試樣再分別測試其抗拉強度、硬度及衝擊值等力性特 性。研究不同熱處理條件所得的各種力性特性及其相互間之關係特性。研究結果 得到不同人工時效溫度與6061鋁合金之強度、硬度及韌性值之相互影響曲線, 時效時間不同影響材料力性特性的情形,鋁合金抗拉強度、硬度與韌性問相互關 係等。前述各種關係特性及材料所具各種力性特性、可供航空、造船、車輛、材 料工程及熱處理操作等工程設計之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study had selected 6061 aluminium alloys that had been obtained by176°C ' 186°C ' 196°C and 206°C four different aging just after 530°C Solution treatment . 432 branchs of tension testing specimens. Same numbers ofimpact testing specinens and 288 Pieces of hardness testing specimens wereselected and tested, for investing the strength properties and compared theirmutual relationships. After testing, several conclusions were reported: the relationships betweenthe strength and the temperture of artificial aging, the hardness and the temperature of artificial aging, mechanical properties effected by aging time, andcompared their mutual relationships of strength, hardness and toughness. Thisreport is valuable for providing to engineering of aviation, ships building, carts,material science and the operations of heat-treatment. |
