中文摘要 | 本實驗係將過氧化氫酶(HRP)注入貓單側頸上神經節(SCG),利用HRP逆向傳遞作用以追溯其傳入神經纖維來源,結果顯示有三種不同的來源:(1)同側C8-T5段脊髓的節前神經元集中在T1-T3段,尤以T1-T3段脊髓為多,且主要部位在中間外側核及外測束。(2)同側頸中和星狀神經節及對側頸神經上神經節。(3)三叉神經節下顎支部。由以上結果顯示頸上神經節除接受脊髓節前神經纖維外,尚可接受其他多處投射來的神經纖維,經複雜的聯會整合後,其節神經纖維再支配頭頸部臟器。 |
英文摘要 | The origins of the afferent fibers projecting to the cat's superior cervical ganglion (SCG) were demonstrated by using retrograde horseradish peroxidase tracing method. We found that the preganglionic neurons were located in the spinal segments C8-T5, particularly in T1-T3. These neurons were situated mainly in the intermediolateral column. The extra-SCG fibers originated ipsilaterally from middle cervical and from stellate ganglia, and contralaterally from caudal part of the SCG. Labeled neurons of the sensory fibers were originated from the mandibular division of the trigeminal ganglion. Our results demonstrated that many fiber sources projected to the SCG. which plays a complicated synaptic role in controlling the visceral organd of the head and neck region. |
