中文摘要 | 本研究是以自製之快速冷凝鑄造機和高溫定應變速率慢速拉伸機,探討 鋁鎂合金的熱拉伸性。首先以快速冷凝鑄造法(RSP),研究細化晶粒之效果。結 果顯示,快速冷凝鑄造法可得大小為20~30μm的晶粒,比傳統鑄造法(CSP)所得 的晶粒,約190μm,有大幅的細化作用。若對二者施以不同的冷加工量,前於 400℃之鹽浴爐退火半小時,可發現快速冷凝法之鑄件當加工量達60時,即可將 晶粒細化至10μm以下,而傳統鑄件則須70冷加工量才可達到。但當加工量大於 80時,兩種鑄造法所得之鑄件,其晶粒細化程度差不多,均約為7μm。但RSP試 片之晶粒分佈較均勻,而CSP試片有局部粗化晶粒,另外,RSP試片之伸長量比 CSP試片大。最大伸長量在450℃,E=1x10�荼�/seC之條件下可達372。 |
英文摘要 | Hot workability of Al-Mg alloys is one of the important engineering topics. It is known that afine grain structure is necessary to improve hot workability of the alloys. Two processes were used toproduce fine grain structure in this study (1) RSP (Rapid Solidification Process) was used to produce afine grain size of 20~30 μm which was small as compared with grain size of about 190 μm producedfrom CSP (Conventional Solidification Process). (2) The grain sizes of the ingots from the RSP are reducedto less than 10 μm by cold rolling to sixty percent reduction, however, larger amount of cold rolling, 70,is needed to produce the same grain size in the CSP ingots. The RSP recrystallized specimens have amore uniform grain size than the CSP recrystallized specimens. The maximum elongation of 372 forRSP specimens is found to occur at 450℃ and E = 1 x 10�笐�/sec. |
