| 中文摘要 | 本文研究以電渣重熔精煉製程(ESR)重熔304不�袗�,降低304不�袗�中 之介在物含量,利用Gleeble 2000AA進行高溫拉伸試驗,試驗溫度為800-1340℃, 並以SEM觀察試片破斷面之組織,光學顯微鏡觀察介在物之分佈,探討介在物對 304不�袗�熱加工性之影響。 由SEM-EDX分析結果顯示,經ESR精煉後之304不�袗�其介在物之含量明顯減 少,尤其是MnS型介在物。另外在高溫拉伸結果中顯示,304不�袗�經ESR精煉後, 強度隨著溫度的上升而下降,而斷面縮減率在1300℃時達到最大值。至於與傳統 製程比較則發現,ESR製程對304不�袗�高溫強度之改善並不明顯,但可明顯增 加其斷面縮減率,亦即改善304不�袗�之熱加工性,主要原因即是304不�袗�中之 介在物量之減少,這點可由SEM觀察之破斷面型態中證實。 |
| 英文摘要 | The hot tension test was carried out by the Gleeble 2000AA testing machine. The tests were conducted over a temperature range of 800℃ to 1340℃ at a strain rate of 10�笐�/s. The content of inclusions, especially the MnS inclusions, was decreased obviously after ESR process. The strength of the specimen after ESR was increased as the test temperature decreased inthe hot tension test and the area reduction reached a peak value at 1300℃. As compared with the conventional process, the raise of the elevated temperature strength was little, but the area reduction was increased after ESR process, which means the hot workability was promoted by the reduction of the content of the inclusions. It can be verified from the fractograph of the specimen by SEM. |
