| 中文摘要 | 本實驗應用分光光譜分析法測定15種試材之鍺含量。試材包括段木樹 材5種,栽培之鐵杉靈芝5種,栽培之赤芝4種及天然赤芝1種。所使用之呈色 劑有苯夫倫(PF)及橡素磺酸(QA)2種,苯夫倫則以PVA及CTAB2種擴散劑分別 配合應用。分析結果顯示,樹材含鍺量(ug/g)順序為紅豆樹(0.78),瑞芳楠(0.72), 摩鹿加合歡(0.58),相思樹(0.55),單刺儲(0.13)。含鍺量較高之5種栽培靈芝順 序為瑞芳楠之赤芝(10.3),紅豆樹之鐵杉靈芝(8.73),相思樹之赤芝(7.35),瑞芳 楠之鐵杉靈芝(7.20)及相思樹之鐵杉靈芝(5.15)。天然赤芝則含9.33ug/g,僅次於 瑞芳楠赤芝。比較樹材及栽培靈芝之鍺含量(紅豆樹未生長赤芝),得知樹材含鍺 量與所栽培之靈芝鍺含量之間具有正相關性,而相同樹材所栽培之赤芝則較鐵杉 靈芝含鍺量高。 |
| 英文摘要 | The spectrophotometric analysis was applied to determine Ge element quantitatively in 15 samples. The samples included 5 tree logs, 5 cultivated Ganoderma tsugae, 4 cultivated and 1 natural-growing Ganoderma lucidum. The complexing reagents used for Ge analysis were Phenylfluorone (PF), with PVA and CTAB as dispersants, and Quercetin sulfonic acid (QA). The Ge contents in tree samples (ug/g) were found in the sequance as Ormosia formosana Kan (0.78), Machilus zuihoensis Hayata (0.72), Albizzia falcatario Backer (0.58), Acacia confusa (0.55) and Castanopsis stipitata (0.13). The five cultivated Ganoderma samples with higher Ge contents (ug/g) were found to be G. lucidum from M. zuihoensis (10.3), G. tsugae from O. formosana Kan. (8.73), G. lucidum from A. confusa (7.35), G. tsugae from M. zuihoensis (7.20), and G. tsugae from A. confusa (5.15) The Ge content of natural-growing G. lucidum was 9.33 ug/g. The analytical results described above (on sample of G. lucidum from O. formosana) showed that the Ge contents of Ganoderma samples were positively affected by the Ge contents of cultivating tree logs. Besides, the Ge content in G. lucidum was higher than the content in G. tsugae grown from the same tree species. |
