中文摘要 | 鑑於礫石土之抗剪強度破壞理論目前仍處於摸索階段,本文依據Farmer試驗結果並修改Barton經驗公式,以台中盆地礫石土為試料,同時應用調整級配曲線之實驗設計進行室內直剪試驗,以探討級配改變對抗剪強度之影響。研究結果顯示,筆者所推導之公式,經由室內試驗結果之分析與比較發現,可貼切地描述礫石土之抗剪強度行為。又在相同孔隙率下,礫石土之抗剪強度隨試體最大粒徑之減小而增加,而與平均粒徑呈線性反比之關係。 |
英文摘要 | By using Farmer's experimental results and modifying Barton's formula, this paperaims to deduce a failure criterion that may properly describe the shear strength characteristics of gravelly soil. First, field grain size data for natural deposit of Taichung Basin is obtained and. then. modifications for this gradation curve are done in orderto scale down the size of the samples. Laboratory direct shear tests are also performed to study the influence of gradation on shear strength. Further analytical workon the laboratory results shows the formula derived by the authors is appropriate to describe the shear strength behavior of gravelly soil. Besides, as the gravelly soil is of the same porosity, the shear strength increases as the maximum grain size of the simulative specimen decreases. Moreover, itis inversely proportional to the mean grain size of specimen. |
