中文摘要 | 本計畫之目的在引用新近發展之電腦影像分析技術於纖維及紙業相關之量測應用。第一部份研究重點為纖維形態變數之量測及數據整合。以國內發展之微電腦影像分析界面卡及軟體,配合電視攝影機、監視器及顯微鏡等配備以及平行的微電腦與數位板之聯線系統作此測試比較。在木片組織觀測方面,以灰度分佈及二元化比例法可測得部份資料,惟過程相當麻煩,可能誤差偏高。纖維形態如長度等參數若以影像分析儀量測,在一般性的軟體程式下,並無利便。量取線長及閉合曲線面積較迅速之方法仍然是把纖維影像投影於數位板後以四鍵游標器描線量取。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to use the locally developed image analysis system to measure fiber and paper related parameters, to experdite the process and increase speed and accuracy. Emphasis of Part I of the paper is on measurement of fiber morphological features and automatic data compilation ano analysis. The system consisted of a local-made frame grabber card, software, CCD camera, TV monitor and microscope etc. A parallel digitizer-computer linkage provided expedient comparison of the system. On the measurement of wood section image, the system can best >operate on line scan grey levels and binary areal measure. The results were prone to error, however. For lack of a comprehensive software program, measuring fiber features with the system provided no particular advantages over the traditional measuring techniques. The fastest approach to fiber length measurement in authors' opinion is to project fiber image onto a digitizer board and trace with a four-button cursor. |
