中文摘要 | 本試驗的目的在探討公菜鴨配子形成期間由精原細胞轉變成精子所需之時間。將氚─胸腺核苷注入10隻公菜鴨之腹腔內,然後進行精子之自動放射顯相並測定精子DNA之放射活性,直至氚─胸腺核苷注射後42天為止。試驗結果顯示,被標幟精子之百分比與精子DNA之放射活性均於氚─胸腺核苷注射後第27天達到最高峯。本研究顯示,公菜鴨配子形成時,由精原細胞以迄成熟為精子之期間為27天。 |
英文摘要 | Experiments were conducted to study the duration from the spermatogonia converted into the spermatozoa during Tsaiya drake gametoformation. Ten adult Tsaiya drakes were injected intraperitoneally with ³H-thymidine. The autoradiography of spermatozoa was obtained and radioactivity of sperm DNA was determined for 42 days after the injection of ³H-thymidine. The percentage of labeled spermatozoa and the radioactivity of sperm DNA reached highest peak on day 27 in a similar pattern. Results indicated that spermatogonia required approximately 27 days to develop into mature spermatozoa in Tsaiya drakes. |
