中文摘要 | 本研究係採用三種聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)彈性體與各種不同比率的高分子量聚(4,4'--二苯醯基對苯醯胺)(PSA)藉物理摻合法,製備12種PU/PSA摻合體,以改質傳統PU的性質。此外,亦使用使分子量PSA預聚合體,藉化學反應合成三種PU-PSA嵌狀共聚合體。其動態黏彈性質顯示聚摻合體和共聚合體均一低於0℃的玻璃轉位溫度(Tgs),而且共聚合體有比聚摻合體較低的Tgs與儲能係數E'。由X-射線繞射測試,它顯示共聚合體的應力誘導結晶度與PU及PSA預聚合體的鏈節組成和其拉伸度有關。在形態觀察方面,雖聚摻合體和共聚合體均為分散相結構,但共聚合體卻呈現較為均一及相容的狀態。在機械性質方面,它顯示共聚合體的抗張強度及斷裂伸度均優於聚摻合體者。 |
英文摘要 | Three polyurethane (PU) elastomers were blended physically with various rations of high molecular weight poly (4,4'-diphenylsulfone terephthalamide (PSA) to form twelve PU/PSA polyblends in order to modify their physical properties. Also three PU-PSA block copolymers were synthesized with a low molecular weight PSA prepolymer by chemical extending. Comparisons of the physical properties of these elastomers, it showed that both the polyblends and copolymers exhibited a glass transition temperature (Tgs) below 0℃ and the copolymers had a lower Tgs and less storage modulus E' than those of polyblends in the Analysis of the X-ray diffraction of copolymers, it showed that the degree of stress-crystallization was dependent on the segmental composition of the PU and PSA prepolymer and also the degree of its stretch. On the morphological observations, it revealed that both the blends and copolymers were a dispersed phase structure. Although the copolymers exhibited a more homogeneous, compatible state. For the mechanical properties, it was found that both the tensile strength and the ultimate elongation of block copolymers were better than those of polyblends. |
