中文摘要 | 本主引用田口玄一所發展的參收設計及信號雜音比之數據分析方法,進行鐵礦之燒結研究。實驗設計選用L12(211)配置11個控制因子 (配料方式及燒結條件) 於內側直交表,並以1因子二水準配置不可控因子 (鐵礦來源) 於外測直交表,以直積之方式,進行24次實驗。獲得了影響個別燒結性質 (產率,耗焦率,轉桶強度,低溫還原粉化率及還原率) 的重要因子,及其最佳狀況之燒結條件組合,同時估算出個別燒結性質的最佳值。由於鐵礦燒結含有多數個品質特性。當考慮綜合性質之時,本研究採用以個別性質Sn比之加權和,來代表綜合性質之SN比,再根據單一品質特性之分析步驟,求得最佳的因子水準組合。如此,來滿足綜合性質的要求。由確認實驗証明,使用這種方法,所得實驗結果與估計值相當一致。 |
英文摘要 | Taguchi's parameter design was adopted in a study of the sintering propertics of iron ores. An L12(211) orthogonal array was assigned the inner array for the eleven control factors (blending practice and operating conditions), and one noise factor (ironore source) at two levels was signed to the outer array. Experimental data, were analyzed, using signal-to-noise ratio (S/N). Five sintering properties were considered in this work, the main effect of ea.ch control factor and the optimal sintering conditions, for a given property and those which optimize an overall properties were determined. To characterize and optimize multi-property of a process. we proposed a method to take a weighted sum of the S/N of each property as the S/N of representing an overall properties with a view to making trade-offs when optimal design factor levels vary. A confirmation run was performed in which the properties were measured and compared with the estimates. Good agreement was obtained. |
