中文摘要 | 紅豆為高屏地區之重要農特產,有待減少紅豆硬粒種子之發生,以提高品質。為此,本研究首以149紅豆品種為材料,分別於春秋作進行試驗,以探討栽培季節、品種對紅豆硬粒種子產生之影響。此外,也探討落葉劑之施用期、施用量對紅豆落葉、硬粒率、種子性狀、機收效率等之影響,作為紅豆栽培之參考。 由試驗得知,春作之紅豆硬粒發生率為3.49%,顯著較秋作之1.35%為高,顯示秋作種子之硬粒較少。就品種而言,秋作硬粒發生率最為KA-67-S-01.63R之22.57%,而無硬粒發生之品種則有早生小粒等58品種;春作硬粒發生率最高也為KA-67-S-01-63R之19.10%,而無硬粒發生之品種則有日本大納言(黑莢)等22品種,顯示春作紅豆較易產生硬粒種子。二期作皆無硬粒發生者則僅有日本大納言(黑莢)、68-F、68-K、68-大館1號、68-柿子、68-USSR-9、日本引進種、綠斑、KA256、KA350、KA379、KA507等12品種、經簡單相關係數分析結果,秋作之硬粒種子發生率與種皮/種子重量百分率呈負相關,與種子重、千粒重呈正相關。 落葉劑之試驗結果發現,紅豆於成熟前14、10、6天噴施Paraquat落葉劑皆雖不致顯著影響紅豆單莢重、每莢種子數、每莢種子重等產量構成因素,而可達成促進紅豆落葉效果,但施用落葉劑則會顯著提高紅豆之硬粒率。落葉劑施用期愈早、濃度愈高則紅豆硬粒率有愈高之趨勢。配合農機收穫時於紅豆收穫前10及6天施用落葉劑,可使紅豆落葉一致、減少收穫物之夾雜枯莖葉,有利於農機收穫作業。 |
英文摘要 | Adzuki bean is one of important farm products at Kaohsiung and Pingtung areas. For the purposes of increasing seed quality for exporting to Japan, the occurrence of hard seeds in adzuki bean should be decreased. To provide information for farmers for reducing the occurrence of hard seeds in adzuki bean production, a total of 149 varieties were planted in the fall and spring crop seasons for studying the effects of planting seasons and varieties on the occurrence of hard seeds in adzuki bean. The effects of various dosages and application time of drying agent (Paraquat) on the rates of hard seeds were also studied. Results showed that higher hard seed rates (3.49%) was found for adzuki bean harvested in the spring crop season while lower rates (1.35%) was found for fall seeds. KA-67-S-01-63R had the highest rates of hard seeds in both seasons. A total of 55 and 22 genotypes with zero hard seeds were found in the fall and spring crop seasons, respectively. Only 12 genotypes including Japan Da-na-yen, and 68-F with zero hard seed rate were detected in both seasons. Slightly positive correlation were found between rates of hard seeds and kernel weight and 1000-seed weight, while negative correlation was found between rates of hard seed and seed coat/kernel weight ratio in the fall crop season. The leaves of adzuki bean were dried by the application of drying agent (Paraquat). The yield components such as pod weight, number of seeds per pod, seed weight per pod were not significantly affected by the application of drying agent. However, the application of drying agent will result in the increasing of hard-seed rate. The ealier the application and the higher the concentration of drying agent, the higher the occurrence of hard seeds in adzuki bean. Also, the contamination of dry leaves or stems in adzuki bean seed during the harvesting process of bean harvester was significantly reduced by the application of drying agent. |
