| 英文摘要 | The phosphor fired in air atmosphere from ZnS has been investigated in order to obtain information about the effects of additives and firing temperature on the phosphor properties. It was foundthat ZnS fired in air at 750℃ for 1 hour have two exitation peaks (at 330 nm and 380 nm) in spectrafor emitted 500 nm spectrum, which are caused by ZnS and ZnO, respectively. The emission intensity of these phosphors depends on firing temperature and additives (such as NaCI, Cu, or Y�烙 ��) .Emission intensity in the mixture of ZnS and NaCI is stronger than that of the ZnS without anyadditives, whereas ZnS mixed with Cu or Y�烙�� will decrease its emission intensity. |
