| 中文摘要 | 一般立方晶硫化鋅原料無發光特性,需加添加物,再經加熱燒成才能發光。本研 究將硫化鋅添加活化劑和助溶劑在 750 ℃與 950 ℃燒成,以探討燒成時間對其粒度、結晶 相及發光特性等之變化。 在 750 ℃燒成之粉末粒度隨時間增長之改變不大, 約從 2 μ m 改變到 3 μ m,結晶相改變為六方晶,比例約從 6 %改變到 10 %,發光特性則隨時間之 增長,其波長有向短波長側移之趨勢,發光強度則無增強。950 ℃時粒度隨時間增長而增大 ,約從 6 μ m 改變到 13 μ m,結晶相則在 50 ∼ 60 %改變,發光特性則隨時間之增長 ,其波長隨時間增長有向短波長側移之趨勢,發光強度有增強後再趨緩之勢。 故以 950 ℃ 燒成 3 小時所得主發光波長在 455nm 發光強度最高之發光特性最適。 |
| 英文摘要 | In general, cubic Zinc Sulfide (ZnS) materials won't show luminescence until they were fired with additives. In this study, the effects of firing conditions on the grain size, phase formation and luminescence of Zinc Sulfide phosphors were investigated. The ZnS phosphors, with addition of activator and flux, were fired at 750 ℃ and 950 ℃ for various time. When the ZnS phosphors were fired at 750 ℃, the grain sizes increase slightly (from 2 μ m to 3 μ m ) with firng time. The ratio of hexagonal phase formation varies from 6% to 10%. The wavelength of luminescence tends to shift to a lower value, however, the intensity does not show significant changes. When the ZnS phosphors were fired at 950 ℃, the grain sizes increase significantly (from 6 μ m to 13 μ m ) with firng time. The ratio of hexagonal phase formation varies from 50% to 60%. The wavelength of luminescence also shift to a lower value. The intensity initially increases and then levels off as firing time continues to increase. It is found that the optimum firing condition for ZnS phosphors, to have a luminescence wavelength of 455 nm and a maximum intensity, is 950 ℃ for 3 hours. |
