中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討增加不同體積的無效腔對大白鼠鼻唇肌與橫膈肌電圖的影響,以及迷走神經切斷後,這種影響是否發生變化。用大白鼠作材料,以戊巴比妥鈉鹽麻醉後,分別記錄鼻唇肌與橫膈的肌電圖,然後增加不同體積的無效腔為0.4ml, 0.8ml, 1.2ml及1.6ml,觀這兩種呼吸肌肌電圖的變化情形,之後將迷走神經切斷,重覆前面的步驟,結果發現(一)鼻唇肌與橫膈的肌肉活性,隨無腔的增加而變大(p<0.01)。(二)切斷迷走神經後,鼻唇肌與橫膈肌的活性亦隨無效腔體積的增加而變大(p<0.05)。(三)迷走神經完好的大白鼠,其鼻唇肌吸氣時肌電圖活動遠小於呼氣時肌電圖活性;迷走神經切斷後,結果相反,吸氣肌電圖遠大於呼氣時肌電圖。(四)切斷迷走神經後,大白鼠的呼頻率變慢,鼻唇肌與柱膈吸氣時的肌電圖均變大(p<0.01)。 這些結果顯示:(一)鼻唇肌的吸氣活動受迷走神經的傳入信號而受抑制,然而其呼氣活動卻因迷走神經存在而賦活起來。(二)橫膈的活動也受迷走神經傳入信號之抑制,唯迷走神經對鼻唇肌吸氣活動的抑制遠大於對橫膈的抑制。這種不同的反應在生理機能上可能深具意義。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the response of the alae nasi muscle (AN) to changes in dead space (Vd) before and after vagotomy. Adult male rats were used. The animal was anesthetized with sodium pentobarbital (35 mg/kg, i. p.) and breathed spontaneously. Electromyogram activities (EMGs) of both the AN and diaphragm (Dia) were observed. Vd was changed by increasing the length of the tube which was connected to the animal mask. Hence, different Vd of 0.4, 0.8, 1.2 and 1.6 ml were added during normal spontaneous breathing. The following results were obtained. (1) EMGs of both the AN and Dia were enhanced with Vd increased before vagal denervations (p<0.01). (2) after vagotomy, both EMG activites were also augmented following the same levels of increasing the Vd as the intact vagus (p<0.05). (3) Expiratory activity of the AN was discernable and even higher than its inspiratory discharge before vagotomy. This phenomanen was reversed after vagal sectionings. (4) After vagotomy, activities of both the AN and Dia muscles were increased significantly and respiratory frequency was decreased substaneously (p<0.01) compared with those before vagal denervations. These results indicated that (1) inspiratory activity of the AN was inhibited by the vagal afferents whereas its expiratory discharge was excited, and (2) the inhibitory effect on the AN by the vagal afferents was more than that on the Dia. The differential response of both muscles may be significant a patent upper airway. |
