中文摘要 | 本研究以較不耐濕之大粒品種(高雄8號)和較耐濕之小粒品種(F2120)為材料,探討於浸水狀態下大豆種子內酒精去氫酵素(ADH)活性和酒精含量之變化及其與耐濕性間之關係。結果發現兩品種在浸水狀態下,大豆種子由之酒精去氫酵素活性均隨浸水時間之加長而增高,酒精量亦隨而增多。然而大粒品種之酒精去氫酵素活性却顯較小粒品種為高,且酒精累積量亦較多。此顯示較不耐濕之品種在浸水狀態下發芽受較大抑制與其解糖作用(glycolysis)的促進和酒精的大量累積有密切關係。 |
英文摘要 | The objectives of this study were to understand the relationship between ADH (alcohol dehydrogenase) activity, ethanol accumulation and flooding tolerance during seed germination of soybean (Glycine Max (L.) Merrill) under flooded condition. Both varieties of Kaoshiung 8 (larger seeds, flooding susceptible) and G2120 (smaller seeds, flooding susceptible) and G2120 (smaller seeds, flooding tolerant) were used as materials. Results showed that larger seeds expressed higher activity of alcohol dehydrogenase and accumulated more ethanol than samaller seeds under flooding condition. This studies implied that flooding-susceptible variety suffered an acceleration of glycolysis and production of ethanol; while this acceleration of glycolysis was greatly reduced in flooding-tolerant variety. |
