中文摘要 | 沃斯田相鐵-5w/0鋁-30w/0錳-1w/0碳合金,經1050℃/l小時固溶處理及實施70%之冷軋變形後,顯微硬度值(micro-hardness)從Hv239提高至Hv478,經由光學顯微鏡觀察其金相組織,發現在垂直於晶粒塑性變形方向產生滑移線(slip line)。 進一步利用穿透式電子顯微鏡(scanning transmission electron micro-scopy)的明視野(BF)、暗視野(DF)及電子擇區繞射圖案(SADP)技術,鑑定這些自冷軋應變引生(strain-induced)的滑移線結構為α' BCC與Ordered DO3 - Fe3 Al,兩者之方向關係(orientation relationship)為[001] α' BCC/ / [001] DO3-Fe3Al及[011] α' Bcc// [011]DO3-Fe3Al,(200) α' BCC/ / (200) DO3-Fe3Al。 |
英文摘要 | Austenitic Fe-5Al-30Mn-1C alloy after being solution treated at 1050℃ for 1 hour, 70% cold-rolled deformation is performed. It is. found that very significant increase of micro-hardness from Hv 239 to Hv 478 has been achieved. The development of slip line perpendicular to plastic grain in the metallograph is detected by metallographic microscopy. For further observation, the strain-induced slip line occurrence in the cold-rolled sheet is investigated by the techniques of BF, DF and SADP of the STEM. It is confirmed that the crystal structures of the strain-induced slip line are α'BCC and ordered DO3-Fe3Al. The orientation relationship between α'BCC and ordered DO3-Fe3Al is [001] α'BCC // [001]DO3 -Fe3Al,[011] α'BCC // [011] DO3-Fe3Al and (200) α'BCC //(200)DO3-Fe3Al. |
