中文摘要 | 本文主要為針對鈦元素含量(0.5~1.5wt%)對鐵-9鋁-30錳-1碳合金機械性質之影響進行研究,研究結果如下:(鐵-9鋁-30錳-1.0碳合金經1050~1250℃固溶處理,其為顯微組織為完全沃斯田鐵(γ),添加0.5~1.5wt%鈦,則合金結構為沃斯田鐵(γ)和(Ti,Fe)Cx碳化物所組成。(鐵-9鋁-30錳-1.0碳-(0~1.5)鈦合金抗拉強度隨鈦元素添加,抗拉強度由75.45kg/mm2增加至104.56kg/mm2,降伏強度由57.5kg/mm2增加至81.56kg/mm2,伸長率由58.0%減少為7.6%之間,硬度由HRB88.9上升為HRB100.2。(由晶粒尺寸與機械性質之關係,可得合金A之抗拉強度、降伏強度、硬度符合Hall-Petch關係方程式。惟合金B、C、D,受(Ti,Fe)Cx碳化物抑制,晶粒尺寸變化對機械性質影響不大,故合金B、C、D之機械性質與晶粒尺寸之關係不符合Hall-Petch方程式。 |
英文摘要 | The mechanical properties of the Ti addition in the range of 0~1.5wt% on the Fe-9A1-30Mn-1C alloy have been investigated. Based on the present study, some main results are described as followings: (After being hot forged and solution heat treated at the temperatures ranging from 1050℃ to 1250℃, the microstructure of the Fe-9Al-30Mn-1C alloys are essentially single γ matrix. In the mean times, the Ti addition on the Fe-9Al-30Mn-1C alloy would result in the (Ti,Fe)Cx carbides precipitated within γ matrix. (When added and increased the 0.5~1.5wt% Ti alloy element in Fe-9Al-30Mn-1C alloy, the ultimate strength, yield strength and hardness would increased from 75.45kg/mm2 to 104.56kg/mm2, 57.2kg/mm2 to 81.56kg/mm2, HRB88.9 to HRB100.2, respectively. In addition, the elongation would decrease from 58.0% to 7.6% when Ti added. (In order to identify the relationship of grain size with mechanical, Hall-petch equation is used. |
