中文摘要 | 本文就AISI 304不銹鋼經高溫拉力試驗後進行5%稀硫酸交互浸露腐蝕試驗,以研究高溫拉力試驗之溫度、應力及時間三者對腐蝕率之影響。發現600℃對腐蝕之敏感性較500℃及700℃者為大;拉應力促使碳化物析出於粒界及粒內而加速不銹鋼之粒界腐蝕,並使腐蝕後之抗拉強度減弱;時間愈長者碳化物析出愈多,腐蝕率亦愈大,腐蝕後抗拉強度減損率亦愈大。本文就顯微鏡觀測結果,對拉應力之促使碳化物析出之機構加以解釋。 |
英文摘要 | After undergoing a high temperature tension test, the AISI 304 stainless stool test pieces are given an alternate immersion corrosion test (in 5% dilute sulfuric acid) in order to study the effect of temperature, stress and time during the high temperature tension test on the corrosion rate of the test pieces. From these experiments, we find, firstly, the corrosion of the test pieces at 600℃ is more sensitive than that at 500℃ and 700℃; secondly, the tensile stress always causes the carbide particles to precipitate on the grain boundary and in the interior of the grain, as a result of this fact, the corrosion of the grain boundary becomes more serious; lastly, it also shows that increasing the time of the process will speed the corrosion rate and yield more carbide particles to precipitate. As for the precipitation mechanism caused by the tensile stress at high temperature, we have also tried to give a proper explanation according to the micro-structure of the test pieces. |
