英文摘要 | The role of latent-immunoglobulin allotype played in immunity was focused on. In my study, by using Trypanosoma brucei evansi to inoculate two rabbits with 1,3/4,4/15, 15 and 3,/3/4, 4/15, 15 nominal allotype respectively, no latent allotype which include a2, b5, b6, b9 and e14 could be observed in the two infected rabbhits by immunodiffusion method. The titer of immunoglobulin was elevated from 64 to 1024 for IgG and From 16 to 256 for IgM. The former results was partially contradictory to some workers’s observations on latent allotype presentation of rabbits with definitive nominal allotype in case of using T. brucei brucei as infectant. The suspected parameter was searched by indirect immunofluoresent techniques, through which, the predominant cross reactivity between infected serum collected from different interval within the same rabbit and the different trypanosome stabilate harvested from different infection were noticed. The fluorescent activity of cross reaction could reach to as high as 2048 at the end point titration. These evidences could somewhat indicate the limitation of VSG (variant surface glycoprotein) of T. brucei evansi which probably could result in the absence of latency of immunoglobulin by a undetermined mechanism. |
