中文摘要 | 工業界中的工具機製造業,當開發或製造電腦數值控制加工機或綜合切削中心機工具機時,在機器的導軌和滑件間的材料常採用Turcite-B,很少廠商敢嘗試採用新的材料SKC-3。本研究即將這兩種材料分別用於綜合切削中心機之導軌滑動面上,以Z軸為代表採用雷射量測技術,分別量測其定位精度,失位誤差,最小單位進給精度並比較其特性及成本分析等。得到結論如下: (1) SKC-3較Turcite-B易施工及裝配,尤其使用SKC-3為導軌滑動面材料時,滑動面直接成型,免鏟花加工。 (2) 使用SKC-3時,其原料及鏟花工時成本比Turcite-B低,以一台綜合切削中心機來說,使用SKC-3約比Turcite-B便宜NT$16,000元。 (3) 塗敷完成後之SKC-3面,其光度與硬度佳,尤其可用油溝條在SKC-3面上直接形成油溝,無需再加工。 (4) 使用兩種材料,對機器之定位精度要求無明顯差異,但在最小進給精度每格0.001mm進給時,Turcite-B較成線性,不過SKC-3比Turcite-B較耐磨耗。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper was to study the suitability of Turcite-B used as a coating material for machining center guide ways. Experiments were carried out on the machining center, of which the testing surfaces were treated with either SKC-3 or Turcite-B. The position accuracy, miserror, position accuracy and minimum feedrate accuracy were measured by using a laser measuring instrument. Cost analysis and properities of two different treatments were also studied. The conclusions of the study were summarized as follows: (1) SKC-3 is more convenient for processing and assembly than Turcite-B. (2) The raw material cost and labour cost of SKC-3 are lower than those of Turcite-B. For one set of machining center using SKC-3 is NT$ 16,000 cheaper than Turcite-B. (3) When using SKC-3 as the coating agent for the machining center the surface can pre lay-out the lubricate grooves. There is no need of any afterward treatment. (4) With similar position accuracy (0.01 mm/whole stroke (600 mm)) SKC-3 and Turcite-B both show equivalent performance but SKC-3 exhibits better antiwear property than Turcite-B. |
