中文摘要 | 本研究目的在瞭解高中、高職學生職業價值觀念的發展,以及促進其發展的策略。根據1100位分屬普通高中、工科、商科的中學生,對『職業價值量表』及『活動反應問卷』的反應結果,發現:(1) 高中、高職學生相當看重『休閑』、『成就』和『聲望』三項職業價值;(2) 高中、高職學生因學校背景、性別和年級之影響,僅在部份或局部性的職業價值項目上呈顯著差異現象;(3) 高中、高職學生參加活動後的反應,顯示該活動手冊具有相當的『探索刺激』、『活動過程』、『自我肯定』和『效益評估』的實用功效。研究者根據各項研究發現,建議注重個體生涯發展的輔導、加強個體職業行為的研究,以及講求科學化、組織化的輔導工具之開發工作,俾供我國推展職業輔導工作的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate the work values development on the three-kind high school students (include high school, commerical and technical students), and the effects of the promoting strategy. According to the rated scores of 1100 high school students on the Work Values Inventory after being treated by the self-directed program of the work values clarification. The results of this study showed that high school students were more stress Leisure, Achivement and Prestige on the work; and only had partical items of work values were very significant difference by the schooling background, genders andgrades separately; and the students' responce on the programing strategy was positive, but showing very strong significant defference between different schooling background and grades. Based on the findings, there are three suggestionson stressing the Career Guidance, enhancing the study on vocational behaviorsand developing a more effective tool for career guidance. |
