中文摘要 | 本研究目的在了解受雇員工的工作倫理,並分析性別、年齡、教育程度及公、民營等變項與工作倫理的關係,引用J. W. Engel 設計的「工作倫理問卷」,對六所公民營機構,217位員工調查,結果發現:一、大多數工作者仍保有勤勉、節儉及團隊精神等傳統工作倫理;另一方面也逐漸重視工作中的自我表現與平等的勞資關係。二、各變項在三十四工作倫理中有顯著差異者分別是:性別三項,年齡三項,教育程度四項。研究者依據研究結果提出若干建議,供各公民營機構作為員工輔導之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study intends to explore employee's work ethic and analyze its relations to four variables, i.e., gender, age, educational level, and status (public or private). Work Ethic Questionnaire, originally developed by J. W. Engel, was sent to 217 employees of six public or private facilities. The results indicated that the majority of employees possess the traditional work ethic such as diligence, frugality and tram-work, and employees emphasize self-expression in work and equality relationship between employer and employee. Among the 34 items on the questionnaire, gender reaches significant differences on three items; age on three items, educational level on four items, and status on three items. Based on the findings, some suggestions were recommended to facilities for employee guidance. |
