中文摘要 | 本文是以『教科書與政治社會化』為主題,嘗試從政治學的角度來分析本會八年多來所發展出來的一套國小社會科實驗教材,在政治社會化方面所扮演的角色與所能發揮的功能。研究的主要目的在探討社會科實驗教材之內容與我國現階段及未來的政治建設目標是否能夠相符,經採用文件分析法,分析政府及執政黨文件與本會社會科實驗教材後,發現政府及執政黨政治建設目標主要為(1)實行民主憲政(2)三民主教統一中國(3)法治等,或可簡約為民主與法治二者,而社會科實驗教材之政治性內容的重點正是此二者,因此兩者大體是相符的,社會科實驗教材之內容『應該』能移符合政治建設的目標,但『實際上』是否能夠達成其目標,則尚有待檢視國小學童生活的各個層面才能知曉,那是筆者未來所要更進一步從事的研究。 |
英文摘要 | From the viewpoint of political science, this paper discusses textbooks and political socialization through an analysis of the role and possible function of the experimental elementary school social studies curriculum developed in the past eight years. The goal of the study is to investigate whether the content of the experimental social studies curriculum is in keeping with the current and future goals of political construction in this country. Government documents and documents from the ruling party were analysized using archival research methods. The results show that the political construction goals of the government and the ruling party are: (1) To execute the democratic constitution, (2) To unite China according to the Three Principles of the People and (3) To establish law and order. The three goals can be summarized as democracy and law and order, which were found to be the two main political foci of the experimental social studies curriculum. Thus the curriculum content is in keeping with the country's political goals. The content analysis showed that the experimental social studies curriculum does match the political construction goals, but whether these goals are actually realized remains to be examined in a future analysis of the lives of elementary school students at all levels and perspectives. |
