中文摘要 | 本研究主要以自編之「社會科四年級實驗課程期終總評量表」,探討國小四年級兒童學習社會科實驗課程的效果,並與其對照班做此較。研究對象包括台北市、台北縣、基隆市和新竹縣等五所學校實驗班和對照班的兒童,共412人。 「社會科四年級實驗課程期終總評量表」分實驗評量、現行評量和實現評量三部分,結果發現:在實驗評量部分,全部實驗班顯著優於全部對照班;在現行評量部分,全部對照班顯著優於全部實驗班;在實現評量部分,全部實驗班與全部對照班未遂顯著差異,均符合本研究的假設。但在不同學校的實驗一對照組中,則出現八里國小實驗班在實現評量部分,較其對照表現顯著優異的結果。最後,實驗班在實驗課程的學習效果上,因受評量卷題目難度和教學進度的影響,得到近55%的得分率。 |
英文摘要 | This study compares the achievement of children who used the fourth grade social studies experimental curriculum with the achievement of their peers who used the regular curriculum, using an evaluation scale developed specifically for this study. The subjects were 412 fourth graders enrolled in the experimental and regular classes in five experimental schools In Taipei City, Taipei County, Keelung City and Hsinchu County The evaluation scale has three sections, intended to evaluate knowledge of the experimental curriculum, regular curriculum and the combined curriculum respectively. As predided, the results show that the experimental classes performed significantly better than the regular classes on the experimental currculum section, significantly poorer than the regular classes on the regular curriculum section and did not differ significantly with the regular classes on the combined curriculum. However, when results from individual schools were analyzed separately, the experimental classin one of the schools performed significantly better than the regular class on the combined curriculum section. In addition, due to the difficulty level of the evaluation questions and their instructional progress, the experiemental classes were only able to answer 55% of the questions |
