| 中文摘要 | 為探討肉豬飼糧中玉米使用鎚碎機與壓碎機及其兩種不同的顆粒度,以觀其對各種營養分消化率、通過消化道速率以及對胃潰瘍發生之影響。四個試驗處理包括兩種不同的加工方法(鎚碎與壓碎)與兩種不同的顆粒度,其中較小者(直徑為757-890 μm)與較大者(直徑為1,284-1,368 μm。在消化率試驗,選用12頭平均體重為63.9公斤閹公豬。在胃潰瘍檢查試驗,選用64頭,公母各半,體重為95公斤雜交肉豬。試驗飼糧以玉米、大豆粕為主之肉豬配方。 本試驗結果顯示豬隻對各種營養分之乾物質、氮素及能量消化率各處理之間差異不顯著(p>0.05)。豬隻飼糧通過消化道速率與豬糞中乾物質量各處理之間差異亦不顯著(p>0.05)。同時,豬隻之胃潰瘍發生與胃內容物pH值各處理之間亦並無顯著的(p>0.05)差異。 本研究結果證實在肉豬飼糧中粉碎玉米應該使用能量較節省之壓碎機或鎚碎機顆粒直徑較大者(1,284 μm),不但可以降低能量成本,同時對消化率、通過消化道速率以及對胃潰瘍發生皆無不良的影響。 |
| 英文摘要 | Effects of particle size of corn diets, prepared from different processing methods, on the parent digestibilities and the rate of passage were studied in growing-finishing pigs. The incidence of gastric ulcers of experimental pigs were also examined. Four treatments involving two processing methods, the hammermill and the roller mill, and two particle sizes, the smaller (757-890μm in diameter) and the larger (1,284-1,368μm in diameter) were applied. Twelve crossbred barrows, averaging 63.9 kg each, were subjected to the digestion trial and sixty-four crossbred pigs, averaging 95 kg each were used in the gastric ulcers examination. The corn-soybean meal diets were formulated and used throughout the study. The apparent digestibilities of dry matter, nitrogen, and energy of pigs were all similar among treatment groups. The rate of passage and the dry matter content of faces of pigs were not significantly (P>0.05) different among dietary treatments. The incidence of gastric ulcers and the pH values of stomach contents of pigs were also not influenced by particle size with any processing methods. The study concluded that using energy saving processes of roller mill or larger particle size up to 1,284μm from hammermill, to grind corn in preparing diets for growing-finishing pigs, can obtain a satisfactory results of apparent digestibilities, the rate of passage, and the incidence of gastric ulcers. |
