中文摘要 | 利用左大腦在不麻醉的情況下探討青斑核對脊椎運動神經原活動的影響。刺激青斑核會促進左右兩側後肢的單突觸反射,潛伏期(latency)是7毫秒。我們以背根反射位(DRRP )和腹根反射電位(VRRP)分別來估計突觸前與突觸後的影響,發現刺激青斑核會促進腹根反射電位但却抑制背根反射電位。由體循環注入prazosin(α1拮抗劑)或methysergide (serotonin的拮抗劑)均會降低甚而完企抑制青斑核對VRRP及DRRP的影響,從這些結果,我們認為:(1)青斑核對脊髓運動神經原的促進作用是以突觸後的方式直接影響α-運動神經原,(2)這種影響的媒介物質可能是腎上腺素性的(adrenergic)和血胺素性的(serotonergic)。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of the locus coeruleus nucleus (LC) on motoneuron activity was investigated in unanes-thetized, decerebrated cats. Stimulatlon of the LC produced facilitation of the monosynaptic reflex (MSR) in both hindlimb extensor and flexor nerves, ipsilaterally or contralaterally. The latency of the facilitatory effect on the MSR was 7 msec. Dorsal and ventral root relex potentials (DRRP and VRRP) were used to evaluate the pre- and postsynaptic actions, respectively. IC stimulation produced a facilitatory effect on VRRP and depression effect on DRRP. Systemic inject ion of prazosin, an α1-adrenergic antagonist, and/or methysergide, a serotonergic antagonist, attenuated or completely blocked the LC effect on the VRRP and DRRP. From these results we suggested: 1) the facilitatory effect of the LC on spinal motoneurons is via a direct action on α-motoneuron postsynaptically and/or an indirect depression act ion on presynaptic inhibitory neurons, and 2) the LC effect may be mediated by both adrenergic and serotonergic mechanisms. |
