中文摘要 | 本文報告金紅石/碳粉顆粒氯化之實驗結果。溫度範圍為655到1,130℃。在反應進行時,顆粒之小孔表面積小,孔徑增大,孔隙度亦增大。如果反應溫度在790℃以下,顆粒尺寸小於6×6mm時系統本身可達到化學反應控制的均勻反應區內。溫度高於1,100℃,顆粒尺寸於3.4×3.4mm時,以擴散控制的該心縮小形式進行反應。實驗發現昇高反應溫度,提高C/TiO2莫耳比,增加氯氣分率,縮小金紅石粉粒大小或碳粉粉粒大小增會增加反應速率。含焦碳顆粒的氯化速率為大。根據實驗數據可以求出在化學反應控制區內二氧化鈦及三氧化二鐵的氯速率式。 |
英文摘要 | Experimental results are reported on the cholination of a rutile-carbon pellet over the temperature range 655℃ to 1,130℃. It was found that the total pore surface area decreased and the pore size increased when the reactions proceeded. The porosity also increased during the reaction. A uniform reaction region could be reached if reaction temperature and pellet size were kept below 790℃ and under 6×6 mm, respectively. When the temperature was higher than 1,100℃ and the pellet size was larger than 3.4×3.4 mm, the diffusion controlled shrinking core model was suggested to the present system. It was found that the chlorination rate was increased by increasing reaction temperature, C/TiO2 molar ratio or chlorine composition in the inlet gas. It was also increased by decreasing the grain sizes of rutile or carbon. A pellet with coke had a higher chlorination rate than those with other kinds of carban. The rate expressions of the chlorination of titanium dioxide and that of ferric oxide in chemical reaction controlled region have been found. |
