| 中文摘要 | 有關養殖用水資源的有效利用之學理研究與技術之開發及相關環境控制系統的建立為目前農業發展所切需。本研究乃針對養鰻池水環境需求及水質特性,愛裝設計適用於鰻魚池之無閥式自動反沖洗過濾處理設備。並經由水質採樣分析與水力測試結果,尋求過濾設備之濾率、期距、濾料組合與厚度、反沖洗期距及各種水頭組合等資料之最適效率組合。 1.濾料組合採無煙煤厚度25cm(粒徑1.19~2.38mm)和矽砂30cm(粒徑0.42~0.72mm)組合,支持材則用卵石(粒徑4.23~6.35mm及8.50~9.52mm)共20cm。濾層總厚度75cm。 2.本系統之水頭安排分別盤過濾水頭42cmA反沖洗水頭198cm,反沖洗虹吸管虹吸位置距反沖洗儲水槽水面下30cm及反沖洗起動水頭32cm。 3.本系統帶SS的去除率可達80﹪以上,雖對NH₃-N及COD去除有不隱定現象,但仍可使後二者降至日本養殖用水標準規定以下。 4.過濾處理有必要與生物處理法相組合。 5.設計過濾期距以控制在24~28hr間為佳。平均濾山水量為169.2m³/m²/day,初期濾率可達290~355m³/m²/day。 6.反沖洗能力為2~3分鐘內,即2.87m³反沖洗水體積可處理1m²過濾器表面之污物。 |
| 英文摘要 | Researching into the effective use of water resources in aquaculture, and developing such technologies, as well as establishing the related environmental control system, are the eager needs in today's agriculture. Special, for the requirements of water environment and the characteristics of water quality in eel pond, we set up a Automatic Valveless Gravity Filter which is suitable for eel pond in this project. Through water quality analysis and hydraulic tests, we can determine filtration rate and period, combination and thickness of filter media, period of backwash and different kinds of hydraulic heads. Finally, the optimum effective composition can be found out. 1.Use 25cm of coal (1.19-2.38 mm diameter) and 30 dm or sand (0.42-0.72mm diameter) to be filter media, 20cm of gravel (4.23-6.35mm and 8.50-9.52mm) to be filter supporter. The total thickness is 75cm. 2.Different kinds of hydraulic heads in this system as below: Head of filtration is 42cm, head of backwash is 198cm, head of stating backwash is 32cm and siphon is 30cm under the backwash water level. 3.In this system, above 80﹪ of S.S. can be removed. Inspite of the fluctuant results in NH₃-N and COD, they still suit under the Aquacultural Water Quality Standard of Japan. 4.There is a need to combine filtration and biological treatment. 5.The best period of filtration is 24-28 hours for a cycle. The initial filtration rate is 290~355m³/m²/day and the average filtration rate is 169.2m³/m²/day. 6.The time of backwash is 2-3min, i.e., 2.87m³ of backwash water is capable of cleaning 1m²/ of filter surface. |
