中文摘要 | 值機員服務評鑑系統乃改善一般錄音方式,將語音數位化後儲存於硬式磁碟機中,欲聽取時再轉換語音輸出。本報告以系統管理軟體設計為討論範圍。此系統提供錄音、放音、報表及維護等功能,並與網路控制部份在北管局作整合性測試其可靠性,語音品質均良好對改善值機員對客戶服務品質有莫大幫助。 |
英文摘要 | The Operator’s Service Evaluation System (OSES), a computer-based telephone message recording and playing device, has been developed by the Telecommunication Laboratories. The system allows supervisors to evaluate and monitor the speech manner of operators according to the record, and moreover improves telephone service for the customers. Two portions of the system are network control subsystem and system management subsystem. The system management subsystem will be discussed in this article. The hardware design of the system management is based on hardware architecture of basic TVM system. The software design of the system management is structured and implemented on PL/M-86 running under iRMX-86 running under iRMX-86 operating system. The purpose of this paper is to describe the structure of the system, the functions of the modules, the flow of recording and playing voice messages, data base management, and communication protocol with control part. In addition, the functional analysis ia also discussed. The system has been tested in the NTTA (Northern Taiwan Telecommunication Administration), and the result is satisfactory as the respect of convenience and reliability of the system. |
