中文摘要 | 本文探討組對工作電極電解葡萄糖產生山梨醣醇以及葡萄糖酸鈣,陽極電解液為含有溴化鈉、碳酸鈣以及葡萄糖之水溶液。陰極電解液賜為含有硫酸鈉以及葡萄糖之水溶液。利用調整陰、陽兩電極的面積以達到所需的電流密度。結果顯示整體電流效率大於100%,而最大整體電流效率為135.1%,同時由於電流效率的提高而使能量的消耗降低。另外本文也得到了影響組對電解整體電流效率的因素。 |
英文摘要 | Production of sorbitol and gluconic acid from glucose by electrolysis with paired working electrodes was carried out in this study. The anolyte was an aqueous solution containing sodium bromide, calcium carbonate and glucose. The catholyte was an aqueous solution containing sodium sulfate and glucose. The desired current density of the cathode or the anode was adjusted by changing the surface area of each electrode. The results indicated that the overall current efficiency was higher than 100%, and the highest overall current efficiency is 135.1%. An increase in the current efficiency leads to a decrease in the power consumption. The factors which affect the overall current efficiency of the paired electrolysis are obtained. |
