中文摘要 | FIA(Flow Injection Analysis)是一種具有分析快速,裝備簡單,高精確度,易於設計等特性的流動式連續分析法。本篇是利用硒的催化(1)苦味酸與硫化鈉的氧化原反應,(2)卡可司靈與硫化鈉的氧化還原反應。以FIA系統來測定微克量硒的含量,研究實驗時最適當的物理性及化學性的參數及對系統干擾離子的種類與防止方法。畫出硒的標準校正曲線,並決定其最大分析速率及精確度。 |
英文摘要 | Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) is featured by its flowing and continual quality. It consists of the following characteristics: first of all, it can make you analysis much faster; secondly, the equipment is simple in structure; thirdly, it contains the high precision; and finally, its simplicity in plan-making is obvious. By making use of selenium as the catalyst, two experiments are carried out-the oxidation-reduction reaction between picricacid and sodium sulfide, and the oxidation-reduction reaction between cacotheline and sodium sulfide. With the application of FIA, what the author attempts to do is as follows: (1) To measure the contents of selenium. (2) To discover the most appropriate physical and chemical variables during the process. (3) To find out the variety of interference ion and the best way to prevent from interfering during the operation of FIA. (4) To build a standard celebrative curve. (5) To determine the maximum analysis rate and its accuracy. |
