英文摘要 | The prupose of the experiment was to investigate the eletrophysiolgoical reactions of TRH (thyrotropin relasing hormon) in the warm-sensitive neurons of the hypothalamic brain slice. The hypothalamus was dissected and sliced from adult male Sprague-Dawley rats. Extracellular neuronal activity was recorded from a single neuron of the pre-optic/anterior hypothalamic (POAH) area of the diencephalons from the slice. Cells were classified into warm-sensitivie, cold-sensitive, and thermally insensitive groups. TRH was applied directly to the POAH neurons by pressure microejection. TRH consistently inhibited spontaneous activity of warm sensitive neurons. TRH-induced depression was reversible and reproducible. |
