中文摘要 | 與國內其餘大專院校中的收編於工學院內的建築相關科系不同,實踐大學建築設計學系歸屬於獨立的設計學院之中,廣泛招收對理工或文史有興趣專長的高中畢業生。在五年的教學過程裡,除了建築專業背景之養成,我們更強調其人文素養的啟發與積累,期望學生們能在經年的學習過程之中,逐步培養其做為時代中知識份子的自許;一方面對於周遭的現狀能有觀察、批判與自省的能力,從人本的關懷之下提出獨立的見解與積極的參與;另一方面,在其所置身的專業領域,也能逐漸架構其夢想與實踐的可能。 一年級的創作基礎課,在整體學程的安排中扮演著核心課程的角色。除了每週至少兩次,每次三小時以上,極為密集的上課時間之外,本課程中要求了大量的實際作業,累積同學們的創作經驗與能力,同時也是其它課程中設計或美學觀念得以付諸嘗試的實踐機會。 更重要的,我們視新生的此一課程為連結普通中學教育與大學高年級專業設計教學之間必要的銜接過程,期望在同學們在實際接觸「設計工作」之前,能藉由這一年間的學習,建立起重要的核心觀念。亦即,在觀念上確立其人本思考的起點,緊密地連結創作力量與人文素養;另一方面,在生命經驗上,學習著將原本生活中不知覺的空間體驗,整理轉化而成為有系統的表達呈現。做為創作理念之基礎,以「人」與「空間」為主的核心價值建立,將幫助學生在未來紛雜的設計領域見習時,能有不為形意所迷惑,專注在本質精神的參考基礎。 整學年的「創作基礎」課程,分上、下兩學期,分別以「人文導向的建築設計啟蒙教育」(一)、(二)兩文分述之。本文討論的範圍在第一學期的課程內容,在第一章對於教學主旨的敘述之後,其重點在於第二章以各項主題作業所串連起的學期教育計劃,輔以文學與影像藝術之欣賞、教室外教學活動的安排,並紀錄了學生的反應與學習成果,做為教學效果檢討之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Differ from other architectural school in Taiwan, Shi-Chien university Architecture Design belongs to an independent design school, accepting students which have pan interest in both humanity and science. In the five year education, beside the professional training and execution, we also emphasizing the ‘humanity’ aspect of development in hoping students would learn to develop the consciousness of the intellectual-would have the capacity of the reflexivity and the critical mind through independent thinking and full participation of the society. The First year introductory class, which is to be the core design studio is both intense in time and energy. Most importantly, we view the studio as the connection between the regular high school education, in hope that students would learn attitudes before they touch ‘design work’. Through living experience, learn what is previous unconscious or unfamiliar of the spatial experience and transform into some kind of systematic representation. As the foundation, people and design is to be the core value. The paper would discuss the content of the first semester’s work and the se4cond part would discuss the elective course which is to be the supplementary of the core and finally recording of the student reaction as well as work for the future teaching guideline. |
