中文摘要 | 本試驗選用兩個Virginia type品種(Li-chih-tzu, NC. Acc. 550)在本省屏東地區於1983~1984年期間春、秋兩期作種植於田間,以探討Virginia type落花生光合產物供、需及分配與產量的關係,並進一步分析產量偏低的原因。 供試的兩個Virginia type落花生品種在秋作莢果產量較春作高,較能發揮其生產的潛能。其秋作產量較高主要由於每株莢果數較多。此種產量差異與光合產物供、需及分配有密切的關係。秋作植株供源較春作小,全株乾重物質生產量也較春作小,但秋作植株積存大,分配效率亦較春作高,以致產量高於春作。落花生產量的高低似乎取決於積存的大小及分配的效率。又莢果乾物質絕大部份來自開花後植株光合作用所產生的光合產物,莖葉內所貯存再移性貯存物質對種子的貢獻則是微乎其微。 由試驗結果顯示始源並非為本省Virginia type品種產量的限制因子。換言之,今後欲改善Virginia type品種之生產潛能應從光合產物分配和植株積存問題著手。 |
英文摘要 | Experiment was conducted in Pingtung area to investigate the influence of different climatic condition on peanut plant. Two cultivars of Virginia type (Li-chih-tzu, NC. Acc. 550) were grown in the fall crop of 1983 and the spring crop of 1984. Pod yield of Virginia type peanut grown in the fall crop had higher pod yield than that in the spring crop. Pod yield increment was mainly caused by increasing pod number per plant. It seemed that Virginia type peanut was more sensitive to environmental variation. Also, the results indicated that the difference in pod yield between two crop seasons was strongly associated with assimilate supply, demand and partition. Virginia type peanut grown in fall crop had high sink and partitioning efficiency, which contributed to pod yield increment. Also the accumulation of pod dry weight was primarily dependent on current assimilate, not on remobile reserve. The results suggest that the source of photosynthate is not a limiting factor for pod yield in Virginia type peanut. To understand the sink and partition of photosynthate more, further studies would be needed. |
