中文摘要 | 就杉木、山黃麻及麻六甲合歡等三種省產速生樹種,探討其各項物理、機械及化學性質,以做為進一步製作集成材加工之依據。1.各試材之比重依次為山黃麻成熟材0.35~0.39,未成熟材0.25~0.29,杉木0.30~0.50,平均約0.40,麻六甲合歡幹材比重約0.35~0.39,枝梢材約0.25~0.29。2.機械性質中靜曲強度、縱向壓縮強度、引張強度及硬度均為杉木>山黃麻成熟材>麻六甲合歡>山黃麻之未成熟材;抗剪強度則以山黃麻成熟材最大。3.化學抽出成份中熱水及1%NaOH抽出率均以針葉材之杉木最低,醇苯抽出率則以杉木最高。4.各試材以UF、RF及PVAc膠膠合,其常態試驗效果良好,木破率幾全達100%;耐水試驗則隨膠種類而不同,RF膠膠合者可耐沸水浸漬,PVAc膠膠合者冷水浸漬即已對膠合層造成破壞。 |
英文摘要 | China fir ("Cunninghamia lanceolata" (Lamb.) Hook.), India-charcoaltrema ("Trema orientalis" Blume) and Malacca albizzia ("Albizzia faleataBacker") are fast-growing tree species grown in Taiwan. Their physical, mechanical and chemical properties were investigated, in order to get further information on making laminated wood. The experimental results were summarized as follows: 1. The specific gravity of lndia-charcoal trema was about 0.35-0.39 (mature wood) and 0.25-0.29 (juvenile wood);china fir 0.30-0.50 (ave. 0.4) ; malacca albizzia 0.35-0.39 (stem) 0.25-0.29 (branch). 2. The mechanical properties such as bending strength, longitudinal compression strength, tensile strength andhardness of these species were in the order of China fir> India-charcoal trema mature wood>Malacca albizzia>India-charcoal trema juvenile wood, but shear strength was in the order of India-charcoal trema>China fit>Malacca albizzia. 3. The extrartive content that of hot water and 1%NaOH, China fir (soft wood) Was lower than India-charcoal trema and Malacca albizzia (hardwood), but in the case of alcohol-benzene extrectives, China fir was the highest in all species. 4. The bonding strength of laminated wood glued with UF, PVAc or RF adhesive was good at dry test condition with almost 100% wood failure. On water resistance test, RF could resist boiling water test but the glueline of PVAc could be deteriorated even by cold water soaking. |
